2″ Nanofiltration Elements

2" Sanitary Nanofiltration Elements

2519 Element with ATD

Synder Filtrations's 2" sanitary nanofiltration elements are revolutionizing liquid separation with an unmatched combination of flux and rejection.  With a pore size range of 150-500D, Synder's nanofiltration elements greatly reduce levels of hardness, nitrates, sulfates, tannins, turbidity, color, and TDS (including moderate levels of salt). Typically showing 30-50% greater flux than the industry standard, Synder's nanofiltration line is the ideal choice for the rejection of divalent and multivalent ions.

2" Industrial Nanofiltration Elements

2540F Element

Synder Filtrations's 2" industrial nanofiltration elements provide high quality liquid separation with incredible efficiency.  Averaging 99.3% and 98% rejections of MgSO4 for the NFX and NFW membranes, respectively, these elements operate at significant lower pressures than reverse osmosis elements for applications that do not require a high salt rejection rate.  Industrial elements are available in both a robust FRP wrap and a more economical tape wrap.
