The TechCELL
The Industry Standard
Synder's TechCELL anode cell was specifically designed to optimize the electrocoating process. This anode cell is currently accepted as the standard of the electrocoat industry worldwide with well over one half of all electrocoat paint tanks in operation today using this technology. With a resin based ion selective membrane tube potted in place to cover the effective anode area, power is supplied to the TechCELL anode cell via a cable lead that is terminated with the industry standard "Anderson Power Pole" connector. Thus, the TechCELL can be easily integrated to upgrade your existing system to optimize your current process.

Features & Benefits
MORE THROW ANGLES
With better painting coverage, TechCELL can reach more surfaces on the part and paint for a longer time frame in monorail systems
LARGER MEMBRANE AREA, LONGER LIFE…LOWER CAPITAL & OPERATING COSTS
A greater anionic membrane area reduces electrical resistance and lowers operating costs. Synder's maximum flushing capabilities removes corrosive oxygen and extends the list of the anode cell
BUILT IN CLEANING MECHANISM
TechCELL's unique inner support offers greater annular space for anolyte flow. This keeps the membrane clean, and minimizes the build-up of electrical resistance.
EASY TO USE & MAINTAIN
The cells can be removed by a single operator, making these easier to you and reducing maintenance costs compared to other configurations
FLEXIBILITY FOR YOUR TANK
Custom designs available for both vertical and horizontal cells. Mounting hardware, Anderson Power Pole connectors, 5' anolyte tubing supplied with each cell.![]()
