Acid Balancing Systems with AB (Acid Balancing) TechCELLs:
These proprietary Cells are designed to control and maintain
the acid level and the acid proportions as provided in new paint
in your tank as it ages. Doing this will guarantee a High UF
Compatibility Coefficient and the UF benefits that number will
provide. The LA Cells (low acid) are manufactured from a proprietary
membrane that was designed to control acid removal and utilizes
coated titanium anodes. By mixing Standard TechCELL's with LA
TechCELL's in the proper ratio, we can control the level of
acid removed and optimize the UFCC number of a tank. Using this
combination allows us to guarantee your Ultrafiltration membrane
performance for up to 2 years.
Anolyte Circulation Systems:
The anolyte supply is pumped through
the supply manifold to where the individual cells are mounted.
The solution is then directed from the supply manifold to each
individual cell at a rate of approximately .6 GPM through 3/8"
PVC tubing. The anolyte is removed from the cell through an
overflow nozzle and flows to the return manifold via 1/2"
PVC tubing. On cells longer than 114" - 3/4" return
tubing is used.

Accessories:
Each TechCELL comes complete with an
integral anolyte supply tube and a short cable lead with a quick
disconnect. For a complete installation you will need clamps,
a long cable lead with quick disconnect, return tubing, flow
meters etc. Following is a list of accessories available from
EMT to complete your installation.
- Cell mounting clamps (2 sets required / Cell)
- Anolyte return tubing (5')
- Long cable leads with a quick disconnect on one end and a mounting
lug on the other end to connect each TechCELL to the bus bar.
- Prefabricated anolyte supply and return manifolds.
- Individual Cell flow Indicators with valves.
